1. This promotional campaign is called as SONA CHANDI OFFER (hereinafter referred to as “offer”). Please read the terms and conditions carefully before participating in this Lucky Draw. By proceeding to participate in the campaign, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions
2. The Offer is valid only on the purchase of the following Tea products/brands (hereinafter referred to as “promotional pack(s)”) of the Company.

5. The offer shall be valid from 20/10/2023 to 31/03/2024 only (hereinafter referred to as “Offer period”) or till stocks lasts and is part of the Sapat International Private Limited (the Company's) Sona Chandi offer valid only on purchase of Sapat Parivar Tea Promotional Pack from the retailer. The offer is open to all citizens of India above the age of 18 years (excluding the state of Tamil Nadu) as on the start date of the offer. In order to participate in the offer, it is necessary that the participant have purchased
6. It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide his/ her correct co-ordinates such as name, address, contact number and email ID.
7. On sending the Code on 99660 22400, the Consumer may receive any of the below messages on his/her Mobile number either in English and/or Marathi language.
a). Congratulations! You have won 1 gm of Gold Coin, our representative will contact you soon.*
b). Congratulations! You have won 10 gms of Silver Coin, our representative will contact you soon.*
c). You have sent a wrong Code, please resend.
d). The Code is already used.
e). Thank you for participating, better luck next time.
8. *Our Company’s representative will call in the immediate next working day (between 10.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.).
9. Winners will be solely liable to bear any cost that may be incurred by them in collecting the prize.
10. Company’s Authorized Representative shall deliver the Gold or Silver coin as the case may be to the participating winner within 45 days from the date of receipt of reply SMS by the said consumer.
11. Sapat International Private Limited shall not be liable for any delay or loss that may accrue in the delivery of the prize. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the prize shall not constitute any claim against Sapat International Private Limited.
12. Sapat International Private Limited will not entertain any correspondence on the manner of conducting the Lucky Draw and grant of prizes from any person, whatsoever.
13. Customers who SMS Code to 99660 22400 within valid offer period will only be eligible for the prize. The Company shall not be liable if the participating customer fails to receive any SMS because of DND service activated on his/her mobile number.
14. The prize is personal to the participating winners and is not transferable and cannot be sold under any circumstances. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No request for change in weight (in gms), designs, specifications etc of the prizes will be allowed. Such prize cannot be clubbed with any contest run by Sapat, either simultaneously or in future.
15. Participation in the Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
16. Any liability, consequence or claim arising on account of any incorrect Mobile number/Code provided by the participants to the Company shall solely be borne by the affected/concerned participants.
17. The Company will not offer product warranty. All claims towards warranty need to be taken up with the manufacturer/dealer directly by the prize recipient.
18. 'Sapat International Private Limited' is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or malfunctions that may affect participation or the awarding of prizes.
19. The participation in the offer is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
20. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of participation in the offer.
21. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to the Company to use the winner's name, relevant details and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.
22. The Company reserves the right to reallocate the said prize to another participant or forfeit the prize at its sole discretion.
23. The Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize offered at any point of time. Such rewards will be of equal or greater value.
24. The Company reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of the promotion campaign, at its sole discretion, without any notice at any time during the validity of the offer. No correspondence will be shared in this regard.
25. The promotional campaign is subject to force majeure conditions.
26. All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by the Company but not limited to, meeting of the participants‟ requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, un interestedness, error-free, the results or reliability of the promotion, or the delivery, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any goods, services, emoluments, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the promotion.
27. Sapat will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or damage to property, which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Lucky Draw. Under no circumstance shall Sapat, or its affiliates, or subsidiaries, or their directors, employees, officers, agents or representatives, be liable to the participants and/or any third party for any loss of profits or loss of opportunity, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages whatsoever, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Participant expressly agrees that his/her participation in the campaign offered by Sapat is at his/her sole risk and is governed by the terms and conditions herein. No advice or information whether by representation, oral, written or pictorial derived from the Website or through the Competition shall be construed to mean the giving of any warranty of any kind by Sapat
28. The Participant shall indemnify and keep indemnified Sapat and their officers, directors, employees, customers, affiliates and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, suits, proceedings, action, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs (including attorney’s fees and court costs) which Sapat may incur, pay or become responsible for as a result of breach or alleged breach of the representations or obligations of the participant, any failure by the participant to comply with an applicable law and any third party claim in respect of misuse of any information of a third party. Sapat shall have the right to defend themselves, pursuant to this clause, at the cost of the participant.
29. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
General Terms and Conditions
1.Offer is valid in selected geographical locations, wherein the Sapat Parivar Tea promotional pack stocks are available for purchase, during offer period or till stocks lasts only.
2.This offer is not available to employees, agents, dealers, or distributors clients or agencies and their immediate families of Sapat International Private Limited (“the Company”).
3.The usage of this offer is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the participant.
4.The instructions on Promotional Pack(s) mentioned forms a part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.The Code has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
6.This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
7.Any costs associated with entering the offer, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
8.The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability.
9.The Company shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the offer.
10.If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
11.The Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to participant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this offer or the downloading of any materials related to this offer.
12.If for any reason this offer is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, the Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
13.Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Company’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Company reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Company suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an participant, the participant agrees to indemnify the Company for those losses, damages and costs.
14.The Company will have no legal and financial liability including but not limited to any on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers etc beyond the applicable period of such offer.
15.These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
