    Promotion
    This limited-term promotional offer, namely PARIVAR WINTER DHAMAKA ("Promotion") is provided to the Consumer by SAPAT INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. ("Company") and is made available to the Consumer on the APP and corresponding website www.sapat.com/winterdhamaka.php) Ensure the exact platforms (Mobile application, Website) are listed explicitly in the blank space provided. This will avoid ambiguity. The Promotion is only for consumers who have purchased for self-use ("Consumer").
    Consumers upon scanning the QR Code found on the Coupon in the pack of Parivar Family Blend 250g & 500g Carton (as defined below) can win by scanning the QR Code & submitting all the details and performing activities as provided such QR Code scanning, by the terms and conditions mentioned herein. These Promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) will be hosted at "www.sapat.com/winterdhamaka.php"

    Company
    This Promotion is run by the SAPAT INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD., having its registered office at 201, TV Industrial Estate, 248-A, S. K. Ahire Marg, Behind Glaxo Lab, Worli, Mumbai - 400 030, Maharashtra, India.

    Promotion Period
    This Promotion will commence at 00:00:00 hrs Indian Standard Time (“IST”) on 1st November 2024 (“Start Date”) and will continue until 11:59:59 pm IST on 31st March 2025 (“End Date”). The Promotion Period may be extended/terminated by the Company at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

    Promotion Territory
    The Promotion shall be valid for Consumer sales in Maharashtra State of India (“Promotion Territory”)

    Eligibility
    By scanning Parivar Winter Dhamaka Coupon QR Code & Submitting details and accessing the Promotion, the Consumer is representing the following:

    • a. The Consumer is capable of entering into a legally binding agreement;
    • b. The Consumer is not barred or otherwise legally prohibited from entering into the Promotion;
    • c. If the Consumer allows anyone to use the Consumer account, including individuals under 18 years of age, the Consumer will still be responsible for ensuring that such individuals comply with these Promotion Terms. The Consumer will be responsible for all actions these individuals take. The Consumer also acknowledges that the Company does not have the responsibility of ensuring that the Consumer meets the aforesaid eligibility requirements.
    • d. The Consumer has read and agreed to the Promotion Terms before registering, accessing or using the Promotion offered through the Parivar Winter Dhamaka APP.
    • e. If the Consumer does not agree to these Promotion Terms or does not wish to be bound by these Promotion Terms, the Consumer may not participate in the Promotion and/or immediately abstain from participating in the Promotion. Subject to the criteria of Promotion Territory, entry and participation in this Promotion is open to individuals who satisfy each of the following criteria (“Eligible Persons”):
      • The consumer is neither engaged by the Company as an employee, distributor, dealer, agent or retailer, nor related to the employees, distributors, dealers, agents or retailers of the Company.
      • All participants applying for the promotional scheme need to be at least 18 years of age or above.
    • f. The Consumer at this moment agrees that he/she has read and understood the Privacy Policy mentioned on the Promotion Website and provides his/her unconditional consent to the collection of his/her personal information namely Full Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Address (including Landmark & Pin Code) and Shop Name (Optional). The Consumer can see the winning gift once he/she scans the QR Code & can Claim the same once he/she completes the details as per the process of the APP by the Consumer.
    • g. The Promotion is valid only for residents of Maharashtra State.
    • h. Only products having QR codes during the Promotion Period are eligible for Promotion.
    • i. The Consumer has the requisite vehicular license at the time of participating in the Promotion.

    Privacy and Data Collection
    The Consumer’s personal information will be collected, stored, and processed by the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and other applicable data protection laws in India.

    Participating in the Promotion
    Consumers wishing to participate in the Promotion can do so by scanning the QR Code on available and eligible Coupon in Parivar Family Blend Tea 250g & 500g selected packs and follow the steps below:

    • Coupons will not be in all packs but only some specific packs will have the coupon.
    • Scan the QR Code if you find a coupon inside the pack
    • After scanning the QR code, the prize details page will appear on the screen. If the reward is desired then select the claim button and complete the next necessary procedures and submit it. A company representative will contact you after successful completion of the procedure.
    • Lucky winners are required to submit the coupon to the company to redeem the gift items. Without a coupon, a gift will not be handed over.
    • Coupons once scanned will not be used again. The company shall not be responsible for such coupons.
    • This reward cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
    • The cost of carrying the gift items, Road Tax of the Car and Bike, Accessories and other expenses will have to be borne by the Winners.
    • The Quality, Guarantee or Warranty of the gift items shall be that of the manufacturer of the goods. Sapat Company will not be responsible for the same.
    • Consumer agrees to participate in this Promotion at the sole discretion of the Consumer.

    Specific Terms

    1. These Promotion Terms are in addition to the Company Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Policy to which the Consumer agrees by participating in the Promotion using SAPAT PARIVAR WINTER DHAMAKA.
    2. By participating in the Promotion and winning received by the Consumer only make the recipient eligible for certain rewards.
    3. The reward that a particular Consumer receives through the Promotion is final and binding on such Consumer and the Consumer will not have any right or claim for a different reward for any reason whatsoever.
    4. Once the 'Reward' is received, the Consumer may be required to perform certain actions or take certain steps to avail the rewards. The Consumer will automatically forfeit their claim to the reward if they do not perform such actions or take the steps, or do not comply with these Promotion Terms.
    5. The applicable reward will only be awarded directly to the concerned Consumer and is non-transferable. No requests for transfer, assignment or redemption of the reward for cash will be considered.
    6. The participation of a Consumer will be deemed to be withdrawn from this Promotion if the purchase transaction: (a) is canceled (for any reason whatsoever) by the Consumer or by the Company or by another seller of the Product; or (b) is returned by the Consumer. In such cases, if a reward has been received by the Consumer, the amount of the reward will be deducted from the transaction amount, at the time of refund to the Consumer (if any).
    7. The reward under this Promotion may be provided within 24 hours and up to 30 days from the time of claim submitted by the Consumer, in some cases it may take longer to receive the Reward. The Company does not assume or is liable for any delays experienced by the Consumer.
    8. The Company reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Promotion Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Promotion by another offer, whether similar to this Promotion or not.
    9. The Company may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our/ its sole discretion, change the Promotion Terms or cancel the Promotion at any time; should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our reasonable control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Promotion Terms, Company and Company (entity operating Company) has a right to remove this Promotion from Company at any time in its sole discretion without any prior notice.
    10. The company is not responsible for: (a) any error (including printing or typographical errors) associated with the Promotion; (b) injury or damage to the Consumer or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion; and/or (c) any other loss or damage that the Consumers may suffer as a result of availing this Promotion. (d) any technical issues, unauthorized human intervention, or any acts beyond the company's control.
    11. In lieu of the reward under this Promotion there will not be any settlement in cash.
    12. Clubbing of offers and/or schemes and/or promotions is not allowed. In case a Consumer is eligible for any other reward under any other offer(s) in addition to this Promotion, such Consumer will be eligible to avail the reward under only one scheme or offer.
    13. Each Consumer agrees to bear any taxes that might arise out of the rewards under this Promotion and shall not look to the Company, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents for payment of the same and/or any dispute arising from the same. The Participants need to consult their tax advisors to understand and meet their tax obligations.
    14. Any query/issue about the reward or this Promotion should be addressed to the Company at Company Consumer Care during the Promotion Period. Post such date the Company will not entertain any communication regarding this Promotion or reward from any person.
    15. By availing of this Promotion, every Consumer expressly agrees that the Company or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Consumer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Promotion. Every Consumer agrees to release from liability and hold harmless Company and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Company and its services for any matters about this Promotion, including the reward provided by Company.
    16. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Company to conduct further, similar or other offers.
    17. The company reserves the right to disqualify a Consumer from the Promotion if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out to avail of the Promotion.
    18. The image of the Prize depicted on the Newspaper Ads / Posters / TVC's / Packages etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual Prize may vary from the depiction made.
    19. Consumers are not bound in any way to participate in this Promotion. Any participation is voluntary. The Promotion is being made purely on a best-effort basis.
    20. Any person availing of this Promotion will be deemed to have accepted the Promotion Terms.
    21. There can be no changes to the results after scanning the QR codes.
    22. If any Consumer has any grievance concerning the Prize, he/she may directly contact the manufacturer. No request for change in make, model, color, specifications etc. of the Prize shall be entertained by the Company.

    IPR
    The use of any Intellectual Property Rights about the Promotion, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and service marks, does not imply any license or transfer of such rights to the Consumer.

    General T&Cs

    • No queries, claims, disputes, complaints or grievances shall be entertained by the Company after 60 days from the date of the closure of the Promotion. The Consumer may get in touch with our Customer Care No. 022 2494 6426.
    • If a person chooses to access the Promotion Website from outside India, he/she shall do so on his/her initiative and shall be responsible for compliance with applicable local laws of the country.
    • The operational part of the Promotion like redemption of prizes & dispatches shall be managed by the Company.
    • Company accepts no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties about the rewards.
    • The Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to Consumer's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Promotion
    • The Company, its directors, agents, distributors and retailers cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Prize(s) and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
    • Consumers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during participation. The Company is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the Consumers.

    Limitation of Liability

    1. The Consumer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the Consumer’s participation in the Promotion or violation of these Promotion Terms.
    2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will COMPANY or any of its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents be liable for any loss or damages.

    Dispute
    The courts of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotion. The conditions of the Promotion are as per the governing laws of India.

    Signature
    This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act") and rules made thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions about electronic records in various statutes as amended by the IT Act. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
